Beginner’s classes 2023

We’re holding beginner classes before the Coorparoo, Ferny Grove and Northside jams every month. No need to book ahead, just turn up early to the jam and ask for the beginner’s session leader.

Beginners at Coorparoo jam (first Wednesday of the month).

Coorparoo Bowls Club, 32 Riddings Street, Coorparoo .

Starts at 6.30pm, runs for 30 minutes.

Led by Max Borchardt.

Beginners at Ferny Grove jam (third Wednesday of the month).

Ferny Grove Bowls Sport & Community Club, 20 Tramway Street, Ferny Grove.

Starts at 6.00pm, runs for one hour.

Led by Donna Farrell.

Beginners at Northside jam (fourth Tuesday of the month).

Geebung Bowls Club, 21 Thompson St, Zillmere 4034.

Carpark and entry from 357 Robinson Road (opposite Meals on Wheels).

Starts at 6.00pm, runs for 30 minutes.

Led by Len Farina.

Entry to BUMS jams is free for financial members and $5 for visitors (first jam is free).
