Steps to load the Member Jungle App

 

Before you start.

To load the App, you will need your login and password that you used to register on the website. Email secretary@brisbaneukulele.com for help if you don’t know your login or password.

The App can only be downloaded to your phone or tablet. Some older phones may not be compatible with Member Jungle. NOTE: You can’t download the App to a laptop computer.

 

Step 1 - To Download the App:

Open Google Play (Android users) or the App Store (Apple users)

 

Step 2 - Search for Member Jungle

Click on the Member Jungle App icon (a green jumping tiger). Allow notifications in your phone settings (so you can receive the latest news from BUMS)

 

Step 3 - Enter Brisbane Ukulele in the search bar

 

Step 4 - Click the Sign In button and use your login and password to register

 

Step 5 - Stay logged in and you can open the App at any time by pressing the Member Jungle icon on your phone.

 

Use of the App

The App holds your membership card. Scroll down on the home page and press My Cards to view it. Show your membership card QR code to scan in at a BUMS event.

The App will tell you when your membership renewal date is coming up. View this date via My cards or My Account.

 

You can renew your membership on the App using a credit or debit card. This is the quickest, easiest and safest way to renew. There is no merchant fee for renewing this way.

You can see upcoming Events such as jams, festivals, concerts and workshops. Press Events for a list of details.

Using the News icon displays the latest updates from the BUMS committee.
