BUMS Inc Annual General Meeting
It’ll be our traditional jam sandwich. Join us at 1.30pm for a drink and a snack before Sublime Ukelectics lead us in a 30-minute jam session. This will be followed by our Annual General Meeting, and then another jam session by Ferny Groovers (one of Linda Gough's bands) from Ferny Grove. It'll be a lot of fun, we promise.
As an incorporated body, we must hold an Annual General Meeting after the end of the financial year (30 June). We will report on the year just past, review our financial position, and elect a new committee for 2025-26. Ask any questions you'd like about BUMS. Will we appoint any more life members? You'll have to come along and see.
Of course, bring your ukulele to join in the jams, meet other members and join us in afternoon tea.
The BUMS ‘Friendly Jam’ will go ahead as normal on the Ekka public holiday. And the cafe will be open for us as normal. Everyone is welcome to enjoy songs mostly from the 60’s and 70’s. Sue will welcome newcomers, birthday boys and girls and there’s a door prize for free coffee or tea at the first break. Check out the songs we’ll be playing below. ...
