A laid-back jam session with Blair Marks. Suits ukulele players at intermediate level, but everyone is welcome. Usually, the second Sunday of the month, but check before you come.
Event Description
- Venue: Flat Lizard Brewing, 18 Harvton Street, Stafford. Just past the junction of Wolverhampton Street on Webster Road.
- Time: Jam starts at 12.30pm, goes until 2.30pm. No beginner’s session.
- Cost: FREE for everyone.
- Craft beers plus wines and soft drinks.
- Food truck available after the jam most weekends.
- Limited parking in front of the venue. Street parking on Harvton Street.

Now meeting in a roomier part of the Corinda Bowls Club, Gabrielle Liddle, Jen Reynolds, and Sam Reynolds lead jammers through songs with a difference. Influenced by the diverse age range of the hosts and their diverse musical taste, you will get to play along to a great choice of old standards and new favorites and anything in between. Join the fun-loving members of Brisbane Ukulele Musicians Society for a session of ukulele playing and singing. There will be rock and roll, country, pop, old standards, classics from the 50s and 60s and more. All songs will be projected onto a screen, and you can sing along to your heart's content (and play a ukulele or any other instrument if you like).
