The Glasshouse Musos run twice-monthly sessions at the Beerwah Hotel.  There is a full PA system with six instrument leads, six vocal mics, bass and lead ukulele amps and an e-drum kit all set up and ready to go.  Just plug in and perform.

BUMS members met the Glasshouse Musos at the Woodford Folk Festival when they provided the sound management for the daily ukulele jams.  Organiser Michael Whiticker invites individuals and bands to strut their stuff on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month at the Beerwah Hotel from 6.30pm.  These sessions are not traditional ukulele nights but provide a band with a stage all set up to walk on and play.

Sign up on the blackboard on the night or book in advance. There is no door charge. The sessions support all styles of music with an emphasis on folk, blues, jazz, country and bluegrass – and of course ukulele bands.  Maleny Ukulele and J-Ukebox have performed at their sessions.
