Save time - renew online

Many members have a renewal date of 30 June (a legacy of the old system before Member Jungle).  Renewal notices will be sent to these members by Member Jungle from 16 June. The App will alert you when your renewal is due.

The easiest, quickest, safest and most efficient way to renew your membership is online through the website or by using the App.

The renewal fee is still $60 for a 12-month membership.  You will not pay any transaction fees (BUMS pays them for you).

To renew through the website:

• Login using your username and password.

• Click renew and follow the prompts.
• Use your credit or debit card to pay through the secure Stripe gateway.

To renew using the App:

• Ensure you are logged in.
• Your home screen will have a message Renew Now
• Click Start Renewal and follow the prompts.
• Use your credit or debit card to pay through the secure Stripe gateway.

Alternatives

You can pay by EFT or cash at a jam, but this is much more cumbersome and creates work for our volunteers and administrators (who’d much prefer to be playing ukulele).

Please try the online method and call for help if you need it.  It’s been two years since we started using Member Jungle, and we haven’t had any problems with online renewals.
