New to BUMS Jams?
There is no need to worry about bringing music stands, or printing. All song sheets are projected onto one or two screens. There are breaks so you can grab a drink and support our venues. Often you can come early, and have a meal.
As a beginner, turning up to your first set of jams can seem quite daunting. Misconceptions about jams abound, but they’re generally based on the nature of jazz or folk jams. Ukulele jams are different! There are no rules.
For those who are new to our jams you can find lots of useful tips here on the Jam Survival page.
