** First Jam of 2019** Big Uke Jam at Coorparoo for January — Wednesday 2 January (1st Wednesday of the Month)
VENUE: Coorparoo Bowls Club, 32 Riddings Street, Coorparoo
TIME: Beginners class at 6:30 pm. Jam starts 7:00 pm.
COST: Free to members, $5 for visitors

The Samual Grays Jam — Sunday 6 January (1st Sunday of the Month)
Come in and relax, have a beer or wine and jam along with Blair and Andrew for a new Sunday session. A great selection of beer, wine and spirits. with 9 Craft Beers and 1 Cider on tap and a large choice of imported and local beers and ciders and wines. BUMS Daytime Jam — Wednesday 9 January (2nd Wednesday of the month)

VENUE: Toowong Bowls Club, 59 Gailey Road (cnr Heroes Ave), Perrin Park, Toowong
Just a 5-7 min walk from Toowong station, or there is plenty of parking in the grounds.
If you are not a bowls club member, please remember to sign in at club before each jam. (Bowls club social membership is $1.00 for life.)

Ukulele Plays Irish — Thursday 10, 17, 24, 31  (Back on 10/1/2019 and continues every week)
Peter McMeel and Brendan Williams are bringing a bit of the Irish to Toowong Bowls Club. Check it out if you are looking for a new challenge and want to advance your skills in a new fun direction. This is for experienced players. Ukes tuned in D for Celtic. Check out this post for more details. If Musicians intend to visit they can access our playlists and repertoire via our Dropbox link. Ferny Grove Beginners Jam — Wednesday 16 January (3rd Wednesday of the month)
Just starting out? Join Linda Gough and Paul Morris for a relaxing low key jam with easy chords, that’s lots of fun. It’s also a great opportunity for more experienced players to practise their fingerstyle technique.
Absolute Beginners Class with Donna & Dianne before the jam at 6:30, Jam starts 7:00pm.

Northside Jam — Tuesday 22 January (4th Tuesday of the month)
Join jam leaders Andrew Hunt and Peter Grace with friends for a ukin’ lively time. Bar open. BYO food.

Ukuleles at the Winery Festival — Friday 8 to Sunday 10 March 2019.
Join Angie and Dave McGrath, of Mountview Wines, is hosting a meeting of The Graniteers (U3A) ukulele players on their beautiful winery all stringed instrument players welcome for a weekend of group singalongs, open mic, free workshops.
