Join the BUMS for our biggest jam of the month.

It’s also our 12th Birthday and we are celebrating! Come and see why Brisbane Ukulele Musicians Society have been going strong for over 12 years. Grab your uke and bring your friends and have a fun night. Our setleaders for May are Stephen Sandilands and Darryl Reeves, Adrian Board, and Dave Hethorn.

Songs range from simple chords for beginners (and to limber up!) to more challenging chords and strumming for the more experienced.

Beginners and new players come for the introductory class at 6:30 pm before the Big Jam starts. You’ll learn some jam survival tips and useful chords. Please arrive early to tune up.
Chan The Crooner and The Woodstock Experience are performing in round 3 of the Guitar Brothers Sprukestar Quest at BUMS Coorparoo Jam in May.

This is also the third round of the Guitar Brothers Sprukestar Quest .

The two acts for our open mic contest are, Chan The Crooner (Chan Hoo) and The Woodstock Experience (John Lindsay) performing after the first break.

Every audience member gets the opportunity to vote for the act they felt was the most entertaining!

The winner goes through to the May Decider Round at the Northside Jam.

There’s great prizes and bragging rights at stake so we need you all to come, cheer the acts on…  and vote!
